I've had the great satisfaction of working with Melissa in two wildly divergent roles at two different companies. I am routinely impressed with her creativity, professionalism, insight, and skill. In my second engagement with Melissa, she took on the bulk of the work in defining a design decision framework the group could use to evolve it's design language methodically, a corporate-wide impact project to upgrade our visual presentation layer to meet WCAG AA compliance, and assisting the brand office in planning for brand photography shoots.
