Premera Careers Redesign

Redesign of the Premerajobs.com website

Opportunity

The site that allows candidates to search and apply for jobs at Premera is currently managed by a vendor. I was the internal lead of this project, providing guidance and art direction base on our ongoing rebrand effort.  

My role and work: 

• Conducted competitive research, user research and usability testing

• Consulted on page content strategy

• Provided a high fidelity prototype and redlines based on our future Material Design style

• Updated the site with our new brand 

• Improved the overall feeling of personality and authenticity with new photography sourced from various sectors of the company. No more stock photography, just real people who are happy to work at Premera. 

• Coordinated with the vendor
